Why This Role Matters: SWA is expanding its commissioning and energy services in Massachusetts. We are seeking a senior technical leader who can independently represent SWA with clients, lead new construction commissioning work, and help shape and grow our Boston-area practice. This is not solely a project management role: the successful candidate will combine deep building-systems expertise with clear communication, sound judgment, and the initiative to turn opportunities into well-defined, successfully delivered projects.
The proposed annual salary range for this position is $110,000 - $150,000 based on a 40-hour work schedule. The final salary may vary depending on confirmed job-related skills and experience.

Resumes will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Qualified candidates will be invited to complete a 30-minute technical assessment to evaluate their skills. Based on the assessment results, selected candidates will proceed to up to 3 rounds of interviews, with the final round including a presentation.

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to type, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. The employee frequently is required to climb stairs, use elevators and exterior construction hoists, and may be exposed to cold and hot interior and exterior temperatures for extended periods of time (when in the field).
Travel Requirements: Occasional overnight travel may be required (Less than 25%). Frequent local field visits in the Boston Metro area will be necessary (approximately 40-50%).
Working Environment: Recent hires may be required to work in-office five days per week during onboarding, with potential for a flexible schedule after necessary training and supervisor approval; all team members are expected in the office at least three days per week, with flexibility based on site work.
